Holiday apartment in S. Cristina in Val Gardena

Aucina apartment is a cosy accommodation option for 3 to 5 guests. It consists of:

• 2 bedrooms: with a double bed, and one with a single bed.
• Living room: with a sofa bed, satellite TV, radio, and a guest library.
• Kitchen: fully equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, a dishwasher, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a four-plate induction hob, a coffee machine and a toaster.
• Bathroom: with a shower, WC, bidet, towel warmer, washbasin, washing machine and hairdryer.
• Outdoor area: with a garden at the front and back of the house, which is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the view.

Booking and length of stay
The apartment is usually rented weekly, from Saturday to Saturday. Outside of the main holiday periods, it is often possible to arrive or depart on different days, if requested.
All prices are quoted in euros per week, including VAT.
Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your written booking and a deposit of 30% of the rental price.

Arrival and departure
The apartment is available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival.
We kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:00 am on the day of departure.

Payment
Please settle the cost of your stay in advance or upon arrival.

Final cleaning
Final cleaning is included in the price provided the apartment is left clean. Should an exceptionally high level of cleaning be required, however, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee of €50.00.

Pets
Pets are only permitted with prior arrangement. Guests are liable for any damage caused by their pets.

Tourist tax
Please note that all establishments in South Tyrol are required to charge a local tourist tax. This tax is payable until departure and is not included in the price. Children under 14 years of age are exempt. The current rate is €2.70 per person per night.

Cancellation policy
There is no right of withdrawal under consumer protection legislation. The following cancellation conditions apply:

• If you cancel up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained.
• If you cancel up to 7 days before arrival, 50% of the rental price will be charged, minus the deposit already paid.
• If cancelled less than 7 days before arrival, the full rental price will be charged.
• Late arrival or early departure will result in the full booked stay being charged.
• For bookings made through other platforms, the respective cancellation conditions of the relevant provider shall apply.

Travel insurance
We recommend taking out travel insurance for your holiday. This will ensure that you are covered if you have to cancel or if anything unexpected happens before your trip starts.
